I have not received the confirmation email of my booking. What do I do?

The confirmation of your activity booking may take up to 48 hours according to the response time of the operator mentioned in the activity description. If your booking confirmation cannot be given on time by the operator, the booking will be cancelled and the amount fully refunded to you.
